Commissions content
Before requesting any commission, make sure that you are not asking for something I am not comfortable with. Here is a list of what can be done or not:
Good stuff
- Furry (any species) and human characters;
- Male and female characters;
- Pop-culture characters (from comics, cartoon shows, anime, manga, …);
- Colorful landscapes;
- Armors, weapons;
- Muscles (any size);
- Growth / inflation scenes (muscles and feet/paws only);
Bad stuff
- Quadrupedal/feral characters;
- Overly detailed scenes (cityscapes, ruins, …);
- Adult content (sex, gore, …);
- Visible bulge in characters pants;
- Fat, vore, transformation and all other fetishes;
Silly artist looking for silly stuff
Even if it fits with my standards and could be cost effective, I may refuse your idea if I feel that I will not enjoy working on it. I recommend you to prepare at least two ideas, so you get an idea of my liking when I select one.
⚠️ Being used to draw muscle and foot fetishes content does not make me comfortable with all their variants. If I disagree on something, do not try to force your kinks on me!
Something not listed in the “bad stuff” list above does not mean that I am alright with it. If you are unsure about something, contact me.
Character depicted
In order to avoid any uncomfortable situations, you must be the owner of any original character involved in your request, or at least, have the right to use them.
In this last case, a written permission from the original owner will be asked, even if your request is meant to be a gift.
⚠️ If I find out you have been claiming ownership of an original character that isn’t yours, I am in right to share your contact information to the original owner.
Note regarding underage characters: French law allows me to draw soft fetish content involving minors as long as they are at least 15.
Sending your request
To send your request, you can either:
- fill the commission booking form;
- send me a private message on social networks (see contact page for more information).
Please write your idea in a clear and nice manner (punctuation, paragraphs) and provide neat references (no missing detail).
Your idea will be reviewed and you should receive a response as soon as possible.
When accepted, your order is placed in waiting queue until I’m done working on other commissions. Waiting can either take a few days, weeks or months depending of how busy I am. Please check the “work in progress” section of the commissions page for more information.
Payment
Payment is taken in Euros (€EUR) through Paypal invoice only (credit cards accepted).
If you wish to, PayPal allows you to add a tip with your payment. Thank you very much if you do so! 💖
⚠️ Additional fees apply if you pay with a different currency (4.00%). You will not be charged for PayPal transaction taxes.
Commissions must be paid in full, upfront. However, commissioning me regularly will make you a “trusted client”, allowing you to pay your next commissions after approval of final sketches.
⚠️ Send money only when I ask for it! Any transfer made outside invoices will be considered donation and will not be refunded.
Process
To ensure nothing is missing, your approval will be needed for early and final sketches, to validate both character pose and details.
Once a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made for free (such as small colouring mistakes). Any great changes will come with an extra charge (such as outfit or background changes).
It usually takes me less than a week to complete your order.
Nevertheless, it can be up to a month depending on many factors such as: complexity of the request, health or family issues. Be sure you will be notified if any of these reason occurs.
Note on “artistic freedom”
Artists are free to draw a scene the way they want: it’s called “artistic freedom”.
When drawing your character, I take this freedom to edit their design in order to make it fits to my style while keeping their distinguish features.
If a particular part of your character must stay true to the original (haircut, clothing, …), please let me know beforehand.
⚠️ If you do not like the whole render, keep your complains for yourself. Any ill behaviour from you will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Canceling / Refunding policy
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is received;
- If money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.
⚠️ If you file a charge-back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
- You will be forbidden to ever commission me, ever again;
- Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for;
- I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
Copyright / Usage policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- promote myself with in any place or site;
- publish books with;
- display it anywhere to my liking;
- post it wherever I want.
The client is allowed to:
- use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise;
- print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself;
- use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
⚠️ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. The following is considered copyright infringement:
- reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way);
- taking credit for the creation of the artwork;
- removing any watermarks/signature;
- altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
- With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork;
- Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with;
- Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
Private commissions always come with a 50% fee.
